We had a couple of days off in Santa Fe, New Mexico. First, (pics 1-2) we stopped in Taos and went to the 1000+ year-old Taos Pueblo and it's definitely worth checking out! Had some bread made in the hornos (mud and straw ovens). Next (pic 3) we visited the Rio Grande Gorge bridge. Last, (pics 4-5) Our family has centuries of history in New Mexico all the way back to the late 1500's. You'll run into more Archuleta's here than anywhere else. We even came across Archuleta Lane. We got to visit some of the old pueblos and churches that our family has history in.
