Intocable is an American band from Zapata, Texas, regarded as perhaps the most influential group in Tejano music for its Tejano-Norteño fusion.
Started in the early 1990s by friends Ricardo Javier Muñoz and René Orlando Martínez, the band quickly developed a signature blend of two regional traditions.
Their sound fuses Tejano's robust conjunto and Norteño folk rhythms with pop balladry, combining romantic, hooky melodies with tight instrumentation and vocal harmony.
Their Tejano/Norteño fusion became a blueprint for numerous later bands, making them one of the most influential groups in the genre.
Y Todo Para Qué
"Y Todo Para Qué" is among their signature songs, reflecting the romantic, harmony-rich style that defines the band.
